By accessing or using travel-itinerary-template.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our About Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

The Service is a free, browser-based travel itinerary template and trip-planning tool. It requires no account, stores your data only in your own browser, and lets you print your itinerary or export it as a PDF. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
3. License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for planning your own travel, whether personal or professional. Itineraries you create — including printed copies and exported PDFs — are yours to use and share freely.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the operation of the Service;
- Scrape, copy, or republish the Service's design, code, or content for a competing product;
- Misrepresent the Service or its output as your own product or as officially endorsed by any third party.
5. Your content and backups
Itineraries you create are stored only in your browser's localStorage and remain your property and your responsibility. Because we hold no copy, we cannot restore itineraries that are lost when browser data is cleared, a device is changed, or storage fails. Export a PDF regularly as a backup.
6. Not travel advice
Sample content in the Service — place names, prices, opening hours, transit routes and times — is illustrative only and may be outdated or inaccurate. The Service is a planning aid, not a source of travel advice. Always verify critical details (bookings, visas, entry requirements, schedules, fares, safety conditions) with official sources before and during your trip.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data stored in your browser will never be lost.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost data, lost profits, missed bookings, or travel disruption — arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service, which is zero.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these terms.
