About this travel itinerary template
What this is
A free, browser-based travel itinerary template. You plan a trip day by day — activities with times, places, notes and costs, plus the transit legs between them — then print it or export it as a PDF or CSV. There is no account, no paywall, and no app to install.
Why it exists
Most "free travel itinerary template" results are a download that hands you a blank grid, or a planner that wants an account before it shows you anything. Both put work between you and the plan. This one opens with a complete sample trip so you can see what a finished itinerary looks like, and you edit straight over it.
The other gap it fills is transit. Most templates list activities but leave out how you get between them. Writing down the metro line, the walk, the minutes and the fare is what turns a wish list into a schedule that survives contact with a real day.
How your data is handled
Your itinerary is saved with your browser's localStorage and never leaves your device. There is no server that receives it, no database, and no account tied to it. That is a deliberate design constraint, not a feature that is coming later — it means nobody, including us, can read your trip. The trade-off is that clearing your browser data deletes it, so export a PDF when the plan matters.
The site measures aggregate visitor counts with Firebase Analytics and nothing else. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
Who builds it
This is an independent project by HankDevZ, built as a static site with no backend. It is not affiliated with any travel agency, booking platform, or airline, and it carries no sponsored placements — nothing in the sample itinerary is a paid recommendation.
